– Bookings can be made through our website, email, or phone. The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.
– Payment can be made in cash or through online methods as specified by us.
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.
– Passengers are expected to behave responsibly during the journey and follow local laws and regulations.
– We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who pose a threat to the safety or well-being of our drivers or other passengers.
– Any changes to the booking, such as a change in pickup time or location, must be communicated to us at least 6 hours in advance.
– We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability.
– Shyam Baba Taxi Services is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the journey, including delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
– Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings, and we are not liable for any loss or damage to them.
– Our services are available in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh. Additional charges may apply for out-of-service area requests.
– In case of any complaints or disputes, please notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the journey, providing detailed information for prompt resolution.
– These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
